1.) This is a quaint little vignette; it has a nice sense of action, and I really like the mushrooms in the corner - a cool detail!
NUMERO 2 :Tirius : Voyage au Centre de La Terre (1874/1875)
2.) I like the minifigures a lot in this entry, and the architecture, though simply built, still has an oriental feel!
NUMERO 3 :Spike-tdr : Voyage au Centre de La Terre (1864)
3.) This is a fun scene (I always like mine carts!) I like the few bricks leaned up against the wall; we don't see that very often.
NUMERO 4 :74Louloute : Voyage au centre de la terre (1864)
4.) This is a magnificent scene, full of detail and action; The creature is very well built [with a lovely texture!] but my favorite detail is the wavy water. I always like to see overly-built subjects [in this case, waves] built in different ways, so this is highly original!
NUMERO 5 :fifidu54 : Le Tour du Monde En 80 Jours (1873)
5. This is a nice little scene, with a nice little train and lots of foliage for detail. I like how unsuspecting the figures are; it adds a bit of humor.
NUMERO 6 :nabeule1 : 5 Semaines en Ballon (1862)
6. This is another fabulous entry; where to start? The whole scene is put together so nicely, but I think most would agree with me when I say the balloon is very cool; it's hard enough to build a sphere out of LEGO, but the hot air balloon? Well done!
NUMERO 7 :Pif500 : 5 semaines en Ballon (1862)
7. Here's another great hot air balloon; it's always fun to see two people's takes on the same subject. The wedge plate panels beneath the sphere on the balloon is incredibly effective! And the base looks great; I always love a studless scene!
NUMERO 8 :regolo59 : l'Ile Mystérieuse (1874/1875)
8. Oh, this is nice; the raft is cool, and the rigging, in addition to the sail, is a nice touch. My favorite part is, of course, the sea creature! Scary!
NUMERO 9 :Eljanos : 20 000 Lieues sous les Mers (1870)
9. This is a very different entry; There's a nice sense of action;depth with the water-line; and there's a great use of those big Exo-Force engine pieces. Cool!
NUMERO 10 :SerialConstructeur : l'Ile Mystérieuse
10. Ah, another cool hot air balloon! This creation is big and colorful, which gives a very playful feel! The trees are particularly nice!
NUMERO 11 :Danny 63 : 20 000 lieues sous les mers (1870)
11. This is an awesome vignette, and my favorite part is the sea creature's tentacles; I've never seen them built with headlight bricks.
NUMERO 12 :Capitaine Spaulding : 20 000 lieues sous les mers (1870)
12. Yet another astounding entry! It's difficult to create an "underwater" feel with LEGO, but the lovely blue backdrop gives a great vibe. The rickety sunken ship is just plain cool, as is all of the underwater foliage. And lastly, the giant, steampunky "JV" on top is just cool.
NUMERO 13 :LegoManiac : De la Terre à la Lune, Le Tour du monde en 80 Jours, Voyage au centre de la Terre, 20 000 Lieues sous les Mers
13. This entry is pure eye-candy; there's just way too many nice things to looks at! I think my favorite sections are the top and bottom; the top is simple, but just so cool, and the bottom's use of the bubble canopy is one of the best uses for it I've seen.
NUMERO 14 :Théo : l'eternel Adam (nouvelle de 1910)
14. Another neat, and tall, entry. There are lots of details here, and I really enjoy the inclusion of the cloud, sun and moon.
NUMERO 15 :Ar Sparfel : Les 500 millions de la Bégum (1879)
15. There's a great juxtaposition here, with great textures; from the cold grays on the left to the colorful greens on the right!
ET voila les pirates, fin de cette édition.
